Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to work with children in home and clinic settings. We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, with client availability from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.

You’ll join a supportive team that values hands-on training and growth opportunities while delivering meaningful ABA therapy. Whether you’re new to ABA or bring experience, you’ll receive paid training and certification support as you help

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)

• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs
