Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City is seeking a Director and Faculty for the BSN program. The Director leads administration, outcomes, and accreditation while teaching undergraduate nursing across classroom, lab, simulation, online, and clinical settings.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing from a CCNE/ACEN accredited program and an RN license, with at least 5 years of teaching and clinical experience. Doctoral degree preferred; online/hybrid teaching experience valued.

Competenze

Master's degree in nursing from CCNE/ACEN accredited program.
Current, unencumbered RN license.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical and didactic teaching experience.
Demonstrated expertise in the course subject area.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Commitment to excellence in bachelor-level teaching and student engagement.

Mansioni

Collaborate with University leadership to secure staffing, placements, facilities.
Recruit, hire, and mentor faculty and professional staff.
Manage the program budget, scheduling, and accreditation compliance.
Engage in long-term strategic planning for sustainability and excellence.
Teach undergraduate nursing courses in the candidate’s area of expertise.
Advise and mentor students and participate in admissions and recruitment.
Contribute to scholarly activity and serve on committees.
Develop syllabi and course materials aligned with program outcomes.
