Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical and/or theory instruction using approved course materials.
Develop instructional strategies to promote critical thinking and clinical judgment.
Evaluate student performance using nursing standards and program competencies.
Facilitate integration of theory into patient care practice.
Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student performance.
Lead pre- and post-clinical conferences to reinforce learning.
Engage students in reflective practice and clinical reasoning.
