Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a BSL III Maintenance Technician for our Swiftwater, PA facility. You will support GMP/GLP environments, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of site-wide equipment to ensure quality operations.

The role requires experience with complex electrical/mechanical systems, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams across 2nd shift. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Associate degree with 3+ years in equipment maintenance.
High School Diploma with 5+ years in equipment maintenance.
In-depth equipment knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of precision maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

Multitask, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to maintain site equipment.
Work on intricate, site-specific equipment and systems.
Occasional overtime up to 25% with short notice and rotating shifts; support production cycles.
Interface with customers to ensure reliable, safe equipment operation and uptime.
Timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Follow HSE guidelines for permits, PTW, LOTO; ensure accurate work orders.
