Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a BSA Compliance Analyst to join our team onsite in Walnut Creek, CA. You will review fraud and BSA alerts, analyze transactions for suspicious activity, and report findings to the BSA Officer, ensuring compliance with governing laws and regulations.

The role entails monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly activity, performing research, and supporting regulatory examinations. Must have 4+ years in BSA/fraud and AML software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Combination of training and experience in BSA, AML, OFAC, USA Patriot Act
• Minimum of 4 years BSA and Fraud experience in financial services
• Solid understanding of money-laundering threats and fraud
• Proficiency with computer programs including AML software
• Ability to manage confidential information and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Review daily/weekly/monthly Fraud, BSA, CDD/EDD alert reports and document actions
• Analyze transactions to identify suspicious activity and escalations
• Perform FinCEN 314(a) searches and prepare packages for approval
• Investigate escalated alerts and determine appropriate course of action
• Develop and implement Fraud Risk processes, policies, and procedures
• Assist regulatory examinations and audits and participate in training
