Job summary

STAR Financial Bank in Indiana seeks a Compliance and BSA Administrator to oversee the BSA/AML/CTF program, monitor daily activities, and support audits and examinations. You will guide training, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance across the bank.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in compliance or risk management, strong knowledge of BSA, and the ability to work independently with high attention to detail. A Bachelor's in Finance or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of compliance, risk management, BSA, audit, and/or related experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act banking.
• Proven ability to read and understand laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read, research and stay up to date on changing laws and regulations in BSA/AML/CTF.
• Oversee the Bank’s BSA/AML/CTF program and software.
• Monitor daily activities related to BSA/AML across branches.
• Provide guidance to employees on BSA/risk questions.
• Participate in internal audits, committees and examinations.
• Develop and maintain BSA/AML training curricula for roles.
• Prepare and present annual BSA reports and risk assessments.
