Qualifications

• 1–2 years in BSA compliance or banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations including OFAC and USA PATRIOT Act.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Bank’s BSA program meets regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and refine compliance strategies across the organization.
• Review daily CTRs and submission via BSA e-filing; document retention.
• Analyze and resolve potential OFAC matches from nightly screening.
• Provide research and analytical support to the BSA Officer.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of BSA/AML/OFAC policies across branches.
• Perform additional compliance testing and support as needed.
• Review AML alerts to assess risk and determine actions.
• Support audit preparation activities with the BSA Officer.
• Scan and archive reports in the Synergy document management system.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as directed.
