American Pride Bank is hiring an Assistant BSA Compliance Officer in Tampa to ensure regulatory alignment of our BSA program. You will develop, implement, and refine strategies for effective compliance and support daily CTR reviews and OFAC screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of prior experience in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance or banking operations preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of banking industry regulations and servicing guidelines.
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, including OFAC and the USA PATRIOT Act.

Responsibilities

• Review daily Large Cash Transaction Reports to ensure CTRs are accurately completed and submitted.
• Analyze and resolve potential OFAC matches identified through nightly screening processes.
• Provide research and analytical support to the BSA Officer.
• Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of BSA, AML, and OFAC policies across all branches.
• Support audit preparation activities in collaboration with the BSA Officer.
