Job summary

TEKsystems in Wichita, KS seeks a Business Systems Analyst Consultant to partner with stakeholders and tech teams on risk management, regulatory reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will gather requirements, document processes, analyze data, and help implement technology Solutions that deliver business value in an Agile environment. This onsite role offers a contract-to-hire path and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in the education section.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
