Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA/AML/CIP regulations and related acts.
• Ability to analyze unusual account activity and prepare reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to train staff on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and tasks related to BSA/AML and CIP programs.
• Review watch lists and alerts and identify potential fraud or suspicious activity.
• Develop and propose enhancements to compliance processes and controls.
• Collaborate with branches and departments to educate staff on regulatory requirements.
