Job summary

CEFCU Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support BSA/AML compliance and regulatory activities. You will review and implement BSA policies, assist with training programs, and help ensure excellent member experience for both internal and external members.

The role requires 0-2 years in financial crime investigation, strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, and the ability to obtain BSA Certification within 18 months. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in investigating, monitoring, and reporting suspected financial crimes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act regulations and red flags.
• Must obtain BSA Certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily BSA compliance activities and monitoring.
• Review, analyze, and implement BSA/AML/OFAC policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote and document BSA/AML compliance across the organization.
• Assist in selection, creation, and oversight of annual training programs.
• Provide high-quality member experience for internal and external members.
