Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a BSA Specialist (Temporary) in Riverside, CA to review and research member transactions, monitor activity, and report suspicious behavior. You will utilize the Symitar system and assist with OFAC alerts and enhanced due diligence for high-risk accounts.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, knowledge of BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC laws, and a CAMS preference. This is a hybrid, full-time position with duties aligned to regulatory compliance and audit support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in BSA/AML compliance.
• CAMS preferred; knowledge of CIP and OFAC laws.

Responsibilities

• Review and research member transactions to identify suspicious activity.
• Monitor reports and logs for trends and unusual activity.
• File Currency Transaction Reports and OFAC alerts.
• Assist in audits and regulatory examinations.
• Support metrics analysis using internal reporting tools.
