Hanover Bank is seeking a full‑time BSA Analyst to join the team in Mineola/Hauppauge. The role covers reviewing and clearing alerts from the BSA/AML monitoring system, conducting in‑depth investigations, and assisting with CTR filings and annual risk assessments. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of BSA experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review & clear alerts from the BSA/AML monitoring system; escalate to cases as needed.
• Conduct in-depth investigations, including potential SARs for unusual activity.
• Daily monitoring of audit logs, OFAC review, and unvalidated transactions.
• Assist in preparing CTRs within required time frames.
