Job summary

Woodson Lumber Company in Bryan, Texas seeks an experienced CDL driver to join our supply chain logistics team. You will transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants and distribution centers, ensuring safety and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical safety and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles driven; retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Comply with trucking rules and company policies; document and report issues.
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions and assist in the yard as needed.
