The Mimosa House is seeking energetic servers to join our Folsom Riley Street team for breakfast and brunch service. We offer a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment with great food, creative mimosas, and a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, leveraging the POS system, maintaining menu knowledge, and coordinating with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Weekend and holiday availability is required to keep our busy service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Must meet all alcohol-service requirements.
• Weekend/holiday availability required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Check on guests and anticipate needs throughout their dining experience.
• Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-volume environment.
