Job summary

Husk in Charleston, SC is seeking confident, engaging Brunch Servers to join our hospitality-driven team. You will greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu with detailed knowledge of dishes and beverages, take orders accurately, and deliver meals with excellent timing.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of upscale dining experience, a strong knowledge of wine and cocktails, and a polished, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in high-volume upscale dining.
• Confidently discuss dishes, beverages, and cocktails with guests.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and communicates professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS quickly.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using POS.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold standards of service and hospitality in a fine dining environment.

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Server to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment

What You'll Bring:

• Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
