Job summary

HomeGrown in Rogers, AR is hiring a Busser (Front of House Team Member) for daytime service. Earn hourly pay with tip share and enjoy paid-time off and benefits for full-time staff. Shift ends by 3:30 pm, with a schedule that respects evenings off.

Responsibilities include bussing and pre-bussing tables, cleaning and stocking dining areas, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness to keep our welcoming, kindness-driven dining room running smoothly.

Qualifications

A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves.
Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to follow directions exactly as expected.
Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day.
Attention to detail.
Mobility required during the entire shift.
Able to transport cases up to 50 pounds as many as 20 times per day.

Responsibilities

Communicate with host/hostesses, servers, bartenders, and management to ensure seating updates.
Pre-bussing tables and bussing/cleaning tables inside the restaurant and on the patio.
Stock glassware, ice, dishes, etc. and assist in maintaining a clean dining area.
Replace sanitizer and maintain sanitation throughout shift.
Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects and maintenance program.
