Job summary

Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer, seeks a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales while delivering personalized brow and facial services.

You will perform waxing, tinting, threading, and makeup applications, greet guests, build a loyal clientele, and participate in trainings and in-store events. Must hold esthetics/cosmetology license where required by law and be flexible to work days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services (waxing, tinting, threading) and makeup applications.
• Book guests’ appointments and manage schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance of Brow Bar area and other assigned areas.
• Collaborate with store team and participate in trainings and events.
