Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, guiding product selections, and performing Brow Bar services. You will represent the brand’s image and drive guest loyalty through personalized service and in-store events.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required, strong sales and communication skills, and the flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetics license may be required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and eyebrow/facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong guest service orientation and sales-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book guests for initial services, return services, and events.
• Maintain Brow Bar area cleanliness and organization; ensure hygiene standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines.
• Adhere to brand dress code and standards.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions.
