Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing Brow Bar services, and driving guest satisfaction. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where mandated, a strong service mindset, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities include conducting makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, while meeting sales targets and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application and waxing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Perform Brow Bar services including eyebrow waxing, tinting and related services.
• Book and manage appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
