Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Auburn, WA is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and Brow Bar services, and drive sales through personalized recommendations and demos. You will greet guests, build relationships, and stay informed on new trends and products to better serve guests.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, maintaining the Brow Bar area, following brand standards and participating in trainings to promote teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in make‑up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals; contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni‑channel and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, personalizing service, and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book guests for initial services, return services and events using the appointment system.
• Maintain Brow Bar area, hygiene standards and overall store cleanliness.
