Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert (AE) for the Benefit brand to maximize sales and deliver exceptional guest service in a Brow Bar setting in Bellevue, WA. The AE assists guests in selecting services and products, performs eyebrow/facial waxing, tinting, and other short services with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Candidates must hold an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license where mandated by state law, with a strong emphasis on makeup application and continuing brand education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service and recommend products.
• Perform brow bar services including waxing and tinting.
• Book guest appointments using the store system.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Attend brand trainings and participate in events.
