Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is hiring for the Arch Expert (Benefit brand) to maximize sales, engage guests, and provide brow and facial services in-store. The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license as required by law, with focus on service, retail sales, and events.

The candidate will build guest relationships and contribute to store goals. Responsibilities include performing brow/bar services, using appointment systems, and maintaining compliance with safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/eye services preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize services and recommend products.
• Perform Brow Bar services: waxing, tweezing, tinting, lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage schedule for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain clean Brow Bar area and assist with stock and displays.
