Job summary

Ulta Beauty in-store Arch Expert position focuses on maximizing Benefit brand sales through guest engagement, providing makeup applications, waxing and tinting at the Brow Bar, and booking appointments. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by state law, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/esthetic services preferred.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and upsell products.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and tailor service recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications and brow services at the Brow Bar.
• Book initial and return appointments using store systems.
• Maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and inventory alongside standards.
• Participate in brand trainings and in-store events.
