Ulta Beauty is seeking a The Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales through guest engagement, makeup applications, and Brow Bar services in-store. You’ll greet guests, assess needs, perform waxing and tinting, and book appointments while promoting products and brand partnerships.

You will partner with the Experience Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional guest service, and maintain clean, compliant service areas while adhering to licensing and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Makeup application and brow services experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and product recommendation skills.
• Ability to work flexible days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Perform Brow Bar services such as waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products.
• Keep Brow Bar area stocked, clean, and compliant with policies.
