Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring for the Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow bar services, and promoting product knowledge. The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license where required, strong guest service, and a readiness to learn and communicate about trends and ingredients.

The AE will represent Ulta Beauty’s image, work with Experience Manager, and support performance, people, and process initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where state law applies.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests and personalize service to needs.
• Perform brow bar services: waxing, tinting, threading, and lash applications.
• Book appointments using store system.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest complementary items.
• Maintain Brow Bar area and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Support in-store events and promotions.
