Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests and performing brow and facial services in the Brow Bar. An active esthetics or cosmetology license is required where laws demand it, with a passion for guest service and product knowledge.

You will build client relationships, book appointments, participate in in-store events, and uphold Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work
• Demonstrates sales, product, and service competency
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals, and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service.
• Book guests for initial and return services and events using the appointment system.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
