Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a licensed Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and provide expert brow and facial services in-store. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, waxing, tinting, and other Brow Bar services, and book appointments while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and hygiene standards.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• License in Esthetics or Cosmetology as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and brow tinting preferred.
• Demonstrates sales, product knowledge, and guest service expertise.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests and tailor service to individual needs.
• Perform Brow Bar services like waxing, tinting, and lashes.
• Book appointments and manage in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in Brow Bar area.
• Build customer relationships and manage an active client base.
