Job summary

Archer Western de Moya JV, a member of The Walsh Group, seeks a Broom/Sweeper Operator for the Miami Signature Bridge project in Miami, FL. Primary duty is operating a broom/sweeper to construct, maintain, or repair roadways and related infrastructure. Opportunity to work across the U.S.

in Building, Transportation, and Water divisions. Candidates should have 3–5 years of operating experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of equipment operating experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and follow safety policies.
• Good manual dexterity and strong work ethic; able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Broom/Sweeper to remove debris such as broken pavement, asphalt, and concrete.
• Knowledge of loading/unloading procedures for materials.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork as needed.
• Perform other related duties around the site as required.
