Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services seeks a Special Education Itinerant Teacher for Brooklyn, NY. The role offers flexible scheduling, travel to multiple settings, and collaboration with clinical supervisors.

You will provide targeted instruction to preschoolers in CPSE, support families, and document progress in a compliant, timely manner. The position requires NYS certification in Students with Disabilities and a collaborative, patient approach; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS certification(s) for Students with Disabilities.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
• Self-motivated and a team player with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one special instruction to children aged 3 to 5 in our CPSE program.
• Educate families/caregivers on intervention strategies to enable carry-over.
• Work in homes, family day care homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Maintain accurate service records; submit evaluations/progress reports timely.
