Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Counsel students individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP process — referrals, development, progress monitoring
• Create, maintain, and oversee behavior modification plans
• Provide case management and coordinate with ACS as needed
• Deliver trainings/workshops to teachers and families
• Partner with families to address issues like chronic absenteeism and housing instability
• Engage in MTSS processes and social–emotional learning initiatives
• Maintain accurate and organized student records
• Engage in identity work to dismantle white supremacy culture
