Job summary

You will assist customers, handle stock and replenishment, operate the cashwrap, and participate in loss prevention while working a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise while sharing promotions and solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate on The PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented.
• Follow standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized and maintain a customer-ready environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards.
• Guard company assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform leadership of maintenance and facility needs promptly.
• Contribute toward store goals and be flexible with stock processing.
