Metropolitan Jewish Health System seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care for adult patients in a rehabilitation setting. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, educating patients and families to support progress and discharge readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Rehabilitation Supervisors and physicians, documenting progress, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of therapy experience in a healthcare setting.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NYS.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and administer physical therapy to adult patients.
• Establish short- and long-term rehabilitation goals per individualized treatment plans.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in activities between and after treatment sessions.
• Coordinate and communicate the plan of care with Rehabilitation Supervisors, physicians, and other disciplines.
