Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active NYS Physical Therapist license.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and physical therapy to adult patients.
• Establish short and long term rehabilitation goals and monitor progress.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in exercises between sessions and after discharge.
• Coordinate plan of care with Rehabilitation Supervisors, physicians and other disciplines.
