Job summary

Infinite Consulting Corp. is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to manage NYCHA roofing work on a Bronx, NY project site. You will function as a Construction Manager, ensuring roofing quality, safety, and schedule adherence while coordinating with contractors and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, on-site decision making, and experience with roofing projects. OSHA 30 and 62HR SST certifications are expected, with a compensation range of $58–$68 per hour and a 6-month initial term.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with As-Build/Work progress drawings and inspections.
• Proven experience as Superintendent or Construction Manager, roofing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NYCHA roofing repairs & masonry repairs on site.
• Monitor roofing installation for quality and adherence to plans.
• Evaluate pay requisitions for accuracy and justification.
• Take daily progress photos and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Address issues promptly and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support close-out and punch-list activities.
