Bruma Realty is seeking a motivated Residential Rental Agent to join our Bronx and Upper Manhattan team. You will assist tenants in finding rental housing while delivering a professional leasing experience and coordinating with landlords.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and a NY Real Estate license. This role requires responsiveness, local market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple clients and listings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Past sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of local Bronx and Upper Manhattan rental markets is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new tools and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective tenants in identifying and securing residential rental properties in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan.
• Respond to rental inquiries and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the leasing process.
• Schedule and conduct apartment showings and property tours.
• Match clients with available rental inventory based on budget, location, and housing preferences.
• Educate clients on rental requirements, procedures, lease terms, and move-in expectations.
• Coordinate with landlords and property managers to collect documents and finalize applications.
