Job summary

Foundever in Utah is hiring Brokerage Operations Service Specialists with FINRA licenses (Series 7 and Series 63 or Series 66) to help customers trade stocks with fractional shares starting at $1, as part of our growing broker-dealer subsidiary.

You will support Front Office operations, handle inbound inquiries for Investing brokerage accounts, and report to the Brokerage Operations Service Lead. Location: Orem, UT; must be able to work on site and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or Series 66.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in broker-dealer or financial operations.
• Knowledge of SEC/FINRA regulatory rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they trade stock using fractional trading features.
• Support Front Office functions of a broker-dealer subsidiary.
• Address inbound communications for investing brokerage accounts.
