Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Brokerage Money and Asset Movement team in Westlake, TX. You will direct 10–15 non-exempt associates, mentor staff, and drive service quality across multiple Fidelity Brokerage lines of business.

You will partner with management to set strategy, manage complex items, and ensure flawless processing with a strong focus on client experience. Onsite work model is in place as Fidelity evolves its practices.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in financial services and brokerage operations preferred.
Licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 and either 9/10 or 24 must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
Strong managerial and people skills with ability to develop talent.
Ability to drive efficiency and quality in a fast-paced service-driven environment.

Mansioni

Lead 10-15 non-exempt employees providing responsive service to Fidelity Brokerage Company customers across multiple lines of business.
Mentor and develop employees to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Staff for forecasted volumes and service levels and supervise clients' service experience.
Communicate the vision and direction of the business within the department and with key partners.
Coach employees to attract and retain talent and facilitate decisions on complex items.
Ensure flawless execution for processing and service items and support projects aligned with company direction.
