Responsibilities

• Assist broker team with servicing active and expired policy files and renewal letters.
• Follow up on subjectivities and post-binding requirements from carriers.
• Ensure agency management files are documented per QMS procedures.
• Relay information requests from retailers to licensed team members.
• Prepare and email renewal letters and support market submissions for insurance coverage.
• Transmit policies to retailers and manage follow-ups with licensed personnel.
• Pursue license opportunities as required and support broker activities.
