Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Licensing/Brokerage team in managing licenses across states, including applications, renewals, and renewals. This role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and timely follow-up to meet regulatory deadlines.
Responsibilities include tracking license expirations, coordinating with state commissions, and maintaining audit-ready records while supporting onboarding and process improvements as the platform grows.
The Compliance Specialist supports Lincoln's Licensing/Brokerage team in managing the day-to-day monitoring, renewal, and administration of real estate licenses across the Lincoln platform. This role is essential to keeping pace with a growing volume of license applications, renewals, and monitoring requirements, and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-up to meet regulatory deadlines.
