No insurance experience is required, but strong communication and time management skills are essential as you support underwriters, maintain Excel tools, and help grow our brokerage presence in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking.
• Able to prioritize and address complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on submissions and quotes.
• Clerical processing including inspections, cancellations, audits, endorsements, etc.
• Correspond with underwriters and carriers to provide information.
• Prepare brokerage production spreadsheet via Excel.
• Maintain brokerage marketing and reference tools via Excel.
• Data collection of submissions, quotes, rates, etc.
• Review existing brokerage files to support new markets.
• Assist on new business submissions in absence of broker.
