dsm‑firmenich is seeking a Broker Manager, Regional Accounts to lead a diverse portfolio across regional grocery, distributor, health food, and specialty accounts. You will drive commercial strategy, coach broker teams, and coordinate cross-functional plans to deliver sustainable growth for trusted self-care brands.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in broker/third-party sales management, strong negotiation and analytics, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience managing broker or third-party sales organizations, including training, performance management, and accountability for results.
• Minimum five years of consumer packaged goods sales experience, ideally supporting grocery, distributor, health food, specialty, or similarly fragmented customer portfolios.
• Proven customer-selling experience with the ability to lead negotiations, business reviews, and sales conversations across organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, trade management, presentation, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with syndicated data platforms is preferred.

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience managing broker or third-party sales organizations, including training, performance management, and accountability for results.
• Minimum five years of consumer packaged goods sales experience, ideally supporting grocery, distributor, health food, specialty, or similarly fragmented customer portfolios.

Salary:

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary: $132,000.00 - $170,000.00.
