The purpose of this role is to develop and analyze customer and broker data to generate insights supporting the Commercial and Specialty underwriting teams in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Broker Partnerships Senior Specialist
  • Location: USA - NY - New York, GA - Atlanta, IL - Chicago
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $141,000
The Opportunity

This role involves developing and analyzing customer and broker data to support underwriting teams with insights for operational and strategic decision-making.

Your New Role:
  • Identify opportunities and develop systems to expand data capture using process improvements and technology
  • Produce reports and briefings on customer and broker relationships, highlighting key insights for leaders
  • Cross-reference broker pipeline data with QBE data and underwriting appetite to facilitate target account targeting
  • Support distribution leaders as an associate relationship manager for national broker relationships
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports and projects by analyzing data and ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Gather feedback from underwriting leaders on broker relationships and business priorities
Work Experience:

Necessary:

  • 5+ years in Commercial and Specialty insurance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Experience as a Business or Reporting Analyst, with QlikView, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience with relational databases and developing analytic solutions
Qualifications:

Preferred:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is as stated above, with offers based on role complexity, location, and candidate background. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
