Overview:

The Broker plays a critical role in placing and managing insurance coverage for employer clients. This includes market analysis, carrier engagement, and ensuring optimal coverage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct insurer gap analyses and manage TOBA applications
• Place business with appropriate carriers, including those outside Howden’s existing markets.
• Support integration of acquired books of business and ensure compliance with Consumer Duty standards
• Liaise with global Howden teams to leverage broader capabilities and resources
• Assist in training and onboarding of new brokers and operational staff.
