Job summary

Champions Funding LLC in Plano, Texas seeks an Inside Sales/Business Development Representative to drive broker engagement and loan submissions through proactive outbound outreach. You will promote the Ally Non-QM loan product and route brokers to educational webinars.

This role focuses on expanding Champions Funding’s broker network in a fast-paced environment. No mortgage experience required—full training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume outbound phone sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable with a positive “say yes” attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.
• Computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly.
• No mortgage or real estate experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to mortgage broker leads — leads are provided.
• Present the value proposition of Champions Funding and guide brokers through the approval process.
• Promote attendance to Champions Funding’s educational webinars to drive engagement and loan submissions.
• Convert warm leads into approved, submitting broker partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and submission process for brokers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Champions Funding’s Non-QM product offerings, including Ally.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and conversion goals.
• Participate in coaching and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
• Accurately track activity and results using internal CRM and reporting tools.
• Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term broker relationships.
