Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an Emerson Rogers Account Executive responsible for driving continuous new business revenue growth as well as maintaining existing business revenue growth.

You will develop positive relationships with brokers, conduct discovery, promote Emerson Rogers' competitive products, and build sales plans to generate broker leads and first appointments. You will participate in sales meetings and support service and renewal activities for key cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with brokers to drive sales growth.
• Lead discovery and promote Emerson Rogers' offerings in a concise, persuasive manner.
• Create and execute a sales plan to generate new broker leads and appointments.
• Prepare for and participate in sales meetings with the sales manager.
• Provide guidance on health care reform and related products to brokers.
• Build strong relationships with carriers and manage broker opportunities in CRM.
• Assist with service activities for key cases, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
