Qualifications

• 1–3 years, B2B outside sales experience required.
• Possess a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
• Strong sales acumen and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proficient in using technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
• Ability to learn and understand complex insurance products and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new relationships and develop a personal book of business.
• Build a pipeline through cold calling, networking events, email campaigns and in-person appointments.
• Identify clients' pain points and collaborate with SCM service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Partner with Senior Producers to deploy risk management program services and achieve meaningful results.
