Job summary

Windermere Real Estate in Sequim, WA is seeking a motivated Broker to guide clients through buying or selling with trusted advice and professional support.

You will leverage your license, build lasting relationships, conduct CMAs, manage contracts and listings, and work collaboratively with a team in a hybrid environment to drive success and commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18
