Marbled & Fin in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). A Broiler Cook prepares food, using a broiler, grill, or similar equipment to achieve desired cooking and flavor profiles. They are responsible for ensuring food quality, adhering to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 2+ years as a cook experience in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment.
• A minimum of 2+ years as a Broiler Cook
• Those who are detail-oriented and thrive in a meticulous environment.
• Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively with a sense of urgency.
• Clean and efficient.
• Passion for food and the ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
• Knowledge of food and kitchen safety standards.
