Marbled & Fin in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors and progressive menus with an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality. Our modern steak and seafood restaurant focuses on premium beef while also committing to refined, modern and creative local seafood and sides dishes. A Broiler Cook prepares food, using a broiler, grill, or similar equipment to achieve desired cooking and flavor profiles. They are responsible for ensuring food quality, adhering to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2+ years as a cook experience in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment.
  • A minimum of 2+ years as a Broiler Cook
  • Those who are detail-oriented and thrive in a meticulous environment.
  • Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively with a sense of urgency.
  • Clean and efficient.
  • Passion for food and the ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of food and kitchen safety standards.
